MultiTeam has an interface for photos, made with a special digital camera from Ricoh that has an inbuilt GSM-PC card that can be accessed via mobile networks from any location. Via the Team On-line module of MultiTeam the photo's can be distributed to all those involved.

In the first few minutes after the arrival of the fire services involved, digital photos of the highest quality can be made of the burning object or the surroundings. The camera offers the possibility to add text or markings in various colors to the photo's, for example areas to be cordoned off or evacuated, or details about the nature of the fire. Etc. In this way the fire services can inform the police without loss of time of the nature of the danger zone and this can be made clear with instructions if needed with the photo material, the police forces are then also well informed via the photo information to be able to regulate traffic conditions.
Also photos of victims with directions about the details of the wounded can be sent via MultiTeam to the hospitals involved in preparation for the treatment required.

The photo's can be supplemented by hand written text or e-mail information, it is even possible to add spoken text.

The photos are received within 1 or 2 minutes at the MutiTeam server after being taken and are ready to be sent on. The commander on duty can decide which parties to send the photo's on to, and if necessary to add own text before sending on. Because the sending of photos is all within the MultiTeam disaster network, one can be assured of the reliability and speed of the sending process. Of course all the functions of the module Team On-Line are available, to be discussed on the basis of the photo material, graphical markings etc.
