In ForMail authorizations can be given in a simple way in a clear matrix and per rubric for individual rescue workers in relation to their roll and function. A search engine on the left hand side makes finding sent messages easy. The E-mail facility takes care of the standard situation reporting including status reports. From within the Situation Reports various processes are automatically given the necessary information. All information is registered and can be analysed per incident.
