With 'MultiTeam starter' all modules made available in a given region can be accessed. These modules and the communication possibilities are dealt with per user via a logging in method, and are independent of your service, team or region. The filters on the applications and the communication is determined by the regions and are meant to prevent that one is flooded by irrelevant information. MultiTeam has a secure logging in procedure that prevents unauthorized use of modules.
