'Team On-line', the graphic consulting module with MultiTeam offers not only the possibility to share cards but also to be able to draw on them or to place symbols on them from any location. In this way others can be kept informed of the specific positions of vehicles and personnel also the drop off points, the expansion of the fire, environmental contamination, predetermined repositioning of rescue workers and euipment. Whether this involves instructions from the crisis center to the site of the incident or to information in the opposite direction, for example: plotting details from the site of the incident to the regional operating team, or even as information exchange between the various rescue workers, or as a method of consultation between the local council disaster team and the regional operation team. With Team On-line this all takes place in seconds. It is also possible to agree on a colour choice for the various different rescue teams.

Team On-line offers independent graphic layers for independent teams, however it offers a total overview for all those involved. For the police teams involved it is to their advantage that a screened off area can be created with Team On-line, with drawing layers that are not accessible to other crews. In this way crime details are kept solely in the hands of the police and justice departments.

Team On-line can be accessed and used by any PC, laptop or Smart-board. Team On-line can also be used by mobiles. Apart from maps it is possible to receive digital photos with directions marked on, over the GSM network. These can be sent from the site of the incident and distributed via Team On-line and all identically, so that all those involved receive essential images and directions within minutes.
